A tough race and Airborne almost made us look ugly.

Great race, lots of fun! Savage Hill was the most dominate team in the field. A couple of breaks were tried, but caught very quickly, nothing really stuck. So it came down to a hill-top finish where I didn't quite have the legs to finish them off on the climb. However, without a doubt, the best part of the whole day was finding an old Lynyrd Skynyrd CD under my seat and Rockin' to Skynyrd the whole way home!

I survived my crash with a swollen left knee and several abrasions. My new
Bianchi frame however broke in three places as I soared over the handlebars into a ditch at 35 mph. Some guy from Miami Valley decided he needed the entire road to make the curve regardless of who was on his shoulder. I should be ready by Granville.
